We now have an opening for a Salesforce Administrator to join our rapidly expanding Lightful Labs team. This role, which will involve working closely with Lightful’s senior clients, global foundations and charities, as well as the entire team. The role will be fast paced, varied, and rewarding.

Responsibilities

  • Work on projects to develop new user features, update and refine existing feature sets
  • Work closely with client teams to ensure successful set up of Salesforce
  • Create dashboards and reports with meaningful metrics for client users. 
  • External training of clients including creation of training documentation and videos
  • Build functionality with an understanding of client technical knowledge and setup
  • Deployment between environments and reviewing updated functionality for bugs
  • Manage work across projects 
  • Deliver client ready deliverables
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders 

Key Skills Requirements 

  • Minimum of two years professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified preferred
  • Experience working closely with new Salesforce end-users to ensure they can confidently use the system and understand its capability
  • Proficient understanding of reports and dashboards, process builder and flows
  • Strong understanding of security settings and setup including: roles, profiles, sharing rules and groups
  • Proficient understanding of Salesforce Communities setup and configuration
  • Knowledge of Salesforce 3rd party AppExchange products and implementation experience
  • Experience in improving processes and adoption
  • Experience in creating training documentation (and potentially videos) for clients 
  • Experience in working within an Agile or Scrum environment
  • Experience in working with Salesforce NPSP and HEDA packages and non profit processes is an advantage

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to incorporate best practices outlined by the business
  • Strong interest in the non-profit sector
