Lightful Labs is a digital consultancy that offers customised services to help teams to do more. The Lightful Labs team have worked with amazing organisations like Help Refugees, London’s Air Ambulance and the Rhodes Trust to name a few. 

 

We now have an opening for a Project Manager to join our Lightful Labs team. This role, which will involve working closely with Lightful’s clients, as well as the entire team. The role will be fast paced, varied, and rewarding.

The Role


We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage some of our exciting key client projects.  You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of these projects to agreed budget and timelines whilst ensuring a successful implementation and client happiness.  You will actively manage project scope and have close interaction with clients and facilitate key internal and external project meetings.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years’ experience working in a Project Manager role with a varied and robust portfolio of projects that demonstrate their skills. A good understanding of Agile delivery is required, and an understanding of Salesforce delivery projects is strongly preferable.

 

Responsibilities


  • Manage client projects from kick-off to implementation and go-live
  • Deliver client projects on time and on budget
  • Manage internal team resourcing and budgets for allocated projects
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external project meetings
  • Develop strong client relationships and work closely with client project team to ensure client project expectations are met
  • Manage robust project administration and documentation including plan, risks, issues, and actions
  • Evaluate projects regularly to ensure they meet Lightful project performance standards and can report on successful results both internally and externally
  • Manage project change management process

 

Key Skills Requirements


  • 3+ years professional experience as a Project Manager, working closely with cross-discipline teams (client, architecture, development and design)
  • Experienced in leading meetings regularly with stakeholders, including client sponsors, client end users, developers and design teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, use of digital project management tools is an advantage
  • Have a proven track record of delivery projects to time and on budget
  • Experience coordinating an Agile software development team, experience of working with JIRA or similar development tool is an advantage
  • Strong experience of project managing implementation of technical solutions, implementation of Salesforce is preferable
  • Nice to have any of the following certifications: ADM201, Sales or Service Cloud, Nonprofit, Education or Community Cloud certification or desire to grow career in this direction
