We are looking to hire an experienced Salesforce Consultant with extensive client-facing experience to join us on a 3-month contract. You will be able to define and deliver robust Salesforce solutions to different problems with little guidance/intervention.

Key responsibilities include

  • Undertaking requirement gathering and consulting exercises with client to inform solution designs
  • Architecting robust Salesforce applications that delight clients and are secure, scalable, maintainable and performant
  • Undertaking Salesforce configuration/development tasks, where it is prudent to do so
  • Writing up and development requirements (i.e. ERDs, solution designs, user stories) that development teams can build and test from
  • Providing technical leadership and review to development teams
  • Ability to engage with clients at all levels to ensure the work we do achieves meaningful outcomes
  • A desire to mentor and support the progression of other team members
  • Ability to communicate complicated technical concepts to non-technical people


  • 8-10 years industry experience, with a significant influence in Consulting and/or Salesforce
  • A proven Salesforce expert with a demonstrable delivery track record
  • A comprehensive understanding of different business functions and the processes performed within them
