Who we are

About the role

You will be part of the Relationship Management team responsible for coaching communications, marketing and fundraising professionals within charities and guiding them through a 6-month BRIDGE programme. This programme has been designed to assist charities in developing skills and confidence with digital and social tools and so you will get the incredibly rewarding opportunity to work with an amazing variety of nonprofits from around the world and to make a tangible impact on their services - from increasing fundraising results to raising awareness through successful campaigns.

Our programme is adaptive and, alongside teaching core digital skills, can focus more on digital engagement, digital fundraising, or digital campaigning depending on the needs of a cohort.

You will be the point person for digital campaigning, working across multiple cohorts to deliver 1-1 or group sessions to support nonprofits to build digital campaign capacity - drawing on your own experience from working at charities or agencies.

  • Maintain productive relationships with participants in the programme, highlighting the most engaged, and those who need extra support in our CRM (Salesforce)
